KC Kitchen Center (formerly Knoxville’s Stone Interiors) underwent a change in business structure and sought the help of Daybreak Commerce to rebrand their business and develop a new and improved online presence while breaking into e-commerce sales.
With their primary focus on stone countertop sales and fabrication, KC Kitchen Center needed a website that would serve their countertop customers visiting the site to browse, learn, and book consultations while also appealing to retail customers visiting the site to shop.
As this family-owned business re-evaluated their place in the market, it became quickly apparent that their existing brand no longer represented the company. In developing the KC Kitchen Center brand, we drew on modern style, a pop of color, and simple lettermark to represent the newly revitalized business.
To accommodate the needs of both retail customers and those interested in stone countertop projects, it was critical to create a cohesive user experience while serving both audiences. To accomplish this, the developers at Daybreak Commerce created an effective product page template that could be used to display both products available for purchase online, as well as an inventory of available stone slabs for browsing.
